We start with an initial consultation to discuss the project scope with the homeowner and meet with any architects, builders, or other professionals to evaluate site conditions, if needed. Upon gaining a comprehensive understanding of the scope, we proceed to develop a preliminary budget. Once this budget is approved, we enter the design phase, during which initial sketches and renders are created. After refining the design and finalizing landscape material selections, we confirm the inclusive budget. Next, the Radiant Gardens Dallas team will oversee site preparation, all installation and construction, keeping you updated with project timelines.
While each project varies, most landscape designs take between three to five months to go from concept to fruition. This may seem long, but please consider seasons may alter the timeframe, backorders on materials, working with partners, so forth. Once the final installation is completed, your new outdoor space will be ready for you to enjoy with family and friends!
